Cancellation and Late Payment Policy
Please let me know, as soon as you can, if you will not be attending your appointment. You will receive a text message the morning before to remind you, asking you to confirm whether you will be there or not. For those people who cancel appointments after 5pm the previous day I will not charge a cancellation fee. If this occurs twice I will only take future bookings if you pay in advance, and if the appointment is cancelled the prepayment will not be refunded.
This policy will also apply to late payers. To optimise your treatment time, and for your convenience, I offer to email invoices so that people can pay by electronic transfer at a time which suits them. In this instance, a late payer is someone who pays for their appointments more than three (3) working days after the email has been sent to them, on two (2) occasions.
