Cancellation and Late Payment Policy
Please let me know, as soon as you can, if you will not be attending your appointment. You will receive a text message the morning before to remind you, asking you to confirm whether you will be there or not. For those people who cancel appointments after 12.00 noon the previous day of the appointment I will not charge a cancellation fee. If this occurs three times, I will only take future bookings if you pay in advance, and if the appointment is cancelled the prepayment will not be refunded.
This policy will also apply to late payers. To optimise your treatment time, and for your convenience, I sometimes suggest that people can pay by electronic transfer at a time which suits them. In this instance, a late payer is someone who pays for their appointments more than three (3) working days after their Bowen treatment. For those people who pay late, I will only take future bookings if you pay in advance, and if the appointment is cancelled the prepayment will not be refunded.
