Bowen Therapy

 The beauty of Bowen Therapy is that it is relaxing and rejuvenating, and can help with many ailments.  It comprises of a series of gentle movements over soft tissue (muscles, fascia and connective tissue), designed to address injuries as well as a wide range of conditions.  It addresses the musculoskeletal system, the neuromuscular system, all the other internal systems of the body including the fascia and nerves.  

Bowen Therapy is a gentle and non-invasive technique, developed by Tom Bowen from Geelong in the mid 1900's, which empowers the body's own healing response.  It helps restore homeostasis and balance to the body, enabling it to address pain, restore function and re-pattern energy fields.

Being holistic in nature, this therapeutic and deeply relaxing technique also enhances a person's sense of wellbeing.  As it is so gentle, it is a safe treatment for everyone from newborns to the elderly, and every stage in between.
